If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

• Your return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The product should be returned with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase(confirmation email) is required.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a product defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, MagniPros will provide a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.
• For non-defective returns (such as a change of mind), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days after your return has been processed for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
